Items may be returned within 3 business days from the date of receipt. However, the unit must be in it's original condition, meaning unaltered in any way. This includes cutting the lace or hair, coloring, applying adhesive, wearing the unit, shampooing or conditioning the unit, etc. Units which are returned, and not in their original condition will be sent back to the buyer. If returning a unit please contact us either via email or phone for an RMA number. This number must be VISIBLE on the package or it will be returned to sender. Due to strict health regulations it is necessary to charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned items. This will be 25% of the total order. We will either allow an exchange or issue a store credit, but we do not give refunds. No exceptions.
