Please understand by submitting an order you agree to Couture Hair Designs, LLC, terms of conditions and company policies. You will NOT be able to proceed with an order without agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website.
Please note: All orders must have the same shipping and billing address to help eliminate any fraudulent purchases. We will only ship to the billing address on file. If necessary call your bank and/or credit card company to update any information if needed prior to ordering.
At Couture Hair Designs, LLC, we ask all customers to inspect their packages for any errors made on our part. All discrepancies must be made within three days upon receipt of your package. We do not give refunds, but you will be able to exchange or receive store credit.

Couture Hair Designs, LLC, accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Money Orders and Western Union money transfers are also accepted forms of payment, please contact us to make arrangements if needed.
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery of the goods. COD is ONLY accepted for wholesale or reseller orders, and payment must be made with cash or money order. No checks of any kind will be accepted. . . : International Buyers : . .
Because of
the high risk of consumer fraud, international buyers must go through the
following steps when placing an order with our company. Please remit

If you would like to either send a money order or western union transfer please contact us, to make arrangements. Any orders placed without following these specific terms will be canceled. Your packages may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These fees will not be charged by us, but by the shipping company at your expense.

Stock Units: A down payment of 25% must be made for the first payment of any stock unit retailing over $500.00. Once we receive the down payment we will start prepping your unit at this time. You will then have a total of 60 days to pay the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid in full, we will ship the order using the shipping method of your choice.
Custom Units: A down payment of 50% must be made for production of your custom unit to begin. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of the 60 day term, once paid in full your unit will be shipped to you using the shipping method of your choice.
Optimum Units: A down payment of 50% must be made for production to start. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of the 60 day term, once paid in full your unit will be shipped to you using the shipping method you choose.
Please contact us to set up payment plan arrangements.
Remember when using the payment plan there are no exchanges, and all sales are final.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Orders must be canceled within 48 hours from initial purchase in order to be issued a refund minus a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. If you cancel an order after the 48 hour time span, you will be issued a store credit for Couture Hair Designs, good for one year from date of issuance. Cancellations must be written either by email or faxed to our office, please include a copy of your online invoice. Custom Orders are NON-CANCELABLE, NO exceptions.

Couture Hair Designs, LLC, ships ONLY to the billing address on file.
The product availability time frames, listed on each product page, does not include the shipping time. Understand that Couture Hair Designs, LLC, uses FOB SHIPPING POINT (ORIGIN), which implies that the buyer assumes title and owns the goods in transit, pays the freight bill and handles any necessary claims for loss or damage.
All packages over $100 have been insured for the purchase amount and will require a signature for delivery confirmation.
Couture Hair Designs, LLC, is not responsible for shipping delays by the shipping carrier. If the package is in transit and is delayed contact the shipping carrier that was used for more information. Packages shipped via FedEx on Friday, will not be in transit until the next Monday. FedEx Saturday delivery is an additional service and has additional fees. If you need Saturday delivery please contact us so we make the necessary adjustments and arrangements.

On very rare occasions merchandise could be lost in transit. If this happens please contact the shipping carrier immediately and request a claim for the lost merchandise. Couture Hair Designs, LLC, are not responsible for lost merchandise while it is in transit. We require signatures on delivery, if this is something you opted out of we can not be responsible for a lost unsigned delivery.

Items may be returned within 3 business days from the date of receipt. However, the unit must be in it's original condition, meaning unaltered in any way. This includes cutting the lace, hair, coloring, applying adhesive, wearing the unit, shampooing or conditioning the unit, etc. Units which are returned, and not in their original condition will be sent back to the buyer. If returning a unit please contact us either via email or phone for an RMA number. This number must be VISIBLE on the package or it will be returned to sender. Due to strict health regulations it is necessary to charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned items. This will be 25% of the total order. We will either allow an exchange or issue a store credit, but we do not give refunds. No exceptions.

All sales on clearance units are FINAL, no exchanges are permitted, please measure your head accurately prior to purchasing.
Please understand that custom units are made using your head measurements and specifications, because of this no exchanges or returns can be made. If there was a mistake made on our part, of course we will correct it. Please contact us immediately, if the wig has been worn we cannot correct it, so please contact us prior to wearing or altering it. However, if you measure your head incorrectly, or do not like the color you choose we will not be able to correct it under those circumstances. Cancellation of any custom order must be made within 48 hours from the date and time of purchase.

If you are going through cancer-related therapy, treatment for alopecia, or if you are in need for a wig for a medical related issue. Your purchase might be covered by your health insurance company. Most health insurance will cover anywhere between 80-100% when purchasing a "CRANIAL HAIR PROSTHESIS" (this varies depending on the insurance company). Do not use the word "WIG" when dealing with your insurance company, you should get a written prescription or note from your doctor stating the medical issue, and the need for a "CRANIAL HAIR PROSTHESIS". If you will need a sales receipt mailed or faxed to you or your insurance company for your "cranial hair prosthesis" please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements. Your cranial hair prosthesis may also be a tax deductible medical expense.
Steps to Follow:
- Call Your Health Insurance
Provider and check the coverage on your policy to see if it covers a
"full cranial prosthesis" for medical hair loss.
- If it is covered, ask them to explain their procedure for obtaining payment for the full cranial prosthesis
- IMPORTANT: We DO NOT process insurance claims nor accept prescriptions
- Some insurance companies will require you to pay upfront and then be reimbursed, others will pay for your prosthesis upfront.
- Contact us via email prior or after ordering to ensure that your invoice will read correctly.
- Complete any other insurance forms and be sure they are signed by your physician.
- Request your physician to write a prescription for a "full cranial prosthesis" not a wig
- Ask
your physician to also write a letter explaining hair loss and its
effects and have him state that it is not simply for cosmetic reasons
but for emotional well being.
- Keep copies of all of your documentation and invoices for tax exempt purposes.
- Follow
the instructions that you were given by your health insurance provider
to submit the prescription so that you can obtain payment.
